Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• To be able to consistently make coffee according to documented Coffeeby Costa Coffee Standards.
• To have a thorough knowledge of all coffee and coffee products sold and the ability to verbally communicate this knowledge in order to educate customers, promote new products and company events and to promote the us.
• Handle complaints according to guidelines and in a way that leaves customer satisfied and impressed.
• Daily cash control and cash handling.
• Conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventory as required.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store at all given times.
• Following and delivering all the food safety rules.
• Maintaining the shelf life of products at all given times.
• Unloading and stocking as required.
• Complying with SOD & EOD process.
• Ability to operate cash register or point of sale (POS) terminal, as needed.
• Team orientation, ability to work in teams achieving a common goal.
• Expected to cope from the stress and pressures brought about by this job.
