Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION- Merchandising Executive

• Work closely with the category & product management and technical teams to configure promotional offers & discounts within the app.
• Set up time-sensitive promotions, ensuring they are accurately reflected within the app's interface and functionality.
• Ensure the seamless implementation of promotional banners in the app.
• Assist with A/B testing of different promotional formats and configurations within the app to determine the most effective strategies.
• Provide regular reports to seniors on the effectiveness of app-based promotions and suggest actionable insights for improvements.
• Sending communication of different discounts/promotions to buyers on various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Basic efficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience in merchandising, promotions, or eCommerce management, especially in a B2B setting (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong technical acumen for managing and configuring app-based promotions and understanding app functionalities.
• Good analytical skills to track and evaluate campaign performance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and tech teams.
