Job Description
About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a systematic, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartners client experience as part of the Gartner Digital Products & Innovation group. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver who can lead the development of the platforms search capability. Search is one of the most important products on the platform it is the primary path through which clients consume Gartner assets. The product manager will lead a team of business analysts, data scientists, engineers, and designers to drive innovation. As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide and mentor others to conduct client interviews to identify opportunities to innovate and drive value. Lead scrum teams to design MVPs to test, learn and quickly iterate features to improve the client experience (this is just as sample reference, we need to update it as per the current ops specialist role)
What youll do:
- Be a part of the technical support team with a career path opportunity to be part core dev time
- Have a clear understanding of all the supported systems within the IT infrastructure.
- Approach should be proactive, rather than reactive.
- Provide first line troubleshooting and resolutions upon initial checks, using our internal knowledge base & various other sources.
- Ensure that all internal stakeholders have been properly communicated during the major incidents and critical situation.
- Meet or exceed all the process requirements
- Liaise with IT colleagues, Conference L1 Support team ,technical support group, includes both infra and apps, and other business units as required.
- Ensure all the incidents are logged, dealt with, escalated and communicated appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Accurate technical knowledgebase, documentation, policies, and processes are maintained to a high level.
- Must documents all handoff notes.
- At times may be required to stay long hours, when needed.
What youll need:
- Basic Knowledge of software development with .NET, C# ,JavaScript web-based technologies, Microsoft SQL Server and demonstrated SQL skills
- Good to have - Restful services using ASP.NET Core 2.1+,AWS Core such as S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Elastic cache / Radis, Elastic Search etc.
- Dynatrace, Splunk etc
