  • Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.
  • Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.
  • Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.
  • The opportunity
  • This role provides intermediate level technical support for small to mid-size cloud based projects. Identifies, resolves, or escalates hardware or software issues that span multiple technology domains, while mentoring technical teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.
  • Your key responsibilities
  • Designs, implements and deploys cloud platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
  • Provides intermediate level technical support and monitors multiple cloud technology platforms efficiency through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of cloud software and infrastructure platforms.
  • Develops technical standards. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products. Reviews configuration parameters to optimize system performance and maximize operation uptime.
  • Trains and mentors staff and IT project teams, providing guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
  • Administers systems by actively managing patching, routine maintenance and backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks. Evaluating system performance and capacity in a large distributed infrastructure environment.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains the security posture of cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and organizational policies.
  • Develops and applies automation scripts to support deployment, scaling, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Oversees hybrid cloud environments, optimizing performance and uptime across platforms.
  • Troubleshoots cloud system issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventive solutions.

  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or cloud operations.
  • Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT) or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS Services, Cloud based databases, CI/CD, Pipeline Development, Cloud Platform Development, Cloud Based Application Development
  • Able to work independently, passionate about solving points of pain for developer community , scrum/agile methodologies
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in cloud infrastructure, networking, security best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Ideally, youll also have
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
