Designation : Network Support / Technical Support Analyst /Sr.Technical Support Associate/ Process Associate/ Sr Process Associate/ Technical Advisor / TSR / TSO / CCNA



Job Summary:


  • BE /BSc /BCA engineers with minimum 1 to 5 years of experience and Cisco certified (CCNA)
  • Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity
  • Experience with Cisco routers, switches and security devices
  • Ideal candidate should have experience Routing & Switching & Security
  • If experienced in routing and switching the candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies
  • Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
  • Switching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannels
  • IP Addressing & Subnetting
  • WAN MPLS, SDN circuits and interface related issues such as QoS, errors, discards, etc
  • Firewall Access list , Stateful Inspection, NAT
  • VPN, Tunneling
  • Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Experience in working in a network operations center is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and process is required
  • Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
  • Effective skills and experience analyzing technology behavior and issue resolution
  • Liaise with TAC, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution-ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focus
  • Experience using Trouble ticketing tools such as Service now/remedy for handling trouble tickets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
  • Strong technology background is required
  • Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
