Responsibilities
-Drive sales objectives and achieving and targets
-Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
-Set quarterly and annual sales goals
-Provide detailed sales forecasting
-Build a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed
-Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance
-Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
-Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
-Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
-Develop sales training programs
-Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans
-Create sales reports
Requirements
-Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role (preferably from SaaS)
-Should have handled Global markets
-Experience in handling high performing sales(new revenue) and success(retention) teams
-Should have managed revenue size of 50-75L PM
-In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
-Strong working knowledge of the companys products, competitive products and the market
-Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
-Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
