Urgently Hiring for a full time HR Executive Role for Noida Location.

Exp - 3+ years from Hiring Background.

Job Location - Noida sector 57 (Work from Office).

Shift Timings - 2 PM -11 PM

Job description:

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle operations and performance management of the mandates and to ensure that quality service standards are maintained at all times.
Pursue every available outlet (deep web, social media, databases, networking, internet, job boards, in-house channels) to find the intelligence/information that is requested
Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.
Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
Managing the hiring process
Administrative functions, Attendance & Leave management, Exit formalities
Hands on experience in IT and Internal hirings.

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills
Understanding of HR policies & process.
