Resource should be technically very strong in ASP.NET, .NET latest Framework, .NET Core , SQL 2016, Jquery, WCF and good expertise on latest technologies Azure, Web API, Micro services etc.

Should have expertise on application which are supporting on different devices e.g. Tablets , laptop, mobile phone etc.

Should have expertise in converting the highly complex monolithic application to Microservice based architecture

Should have exposure in moving the large and complex on premise applications to cloud
