Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing Support (Source to Contract Process):
o RFx (RFP, RFQ, etc.) management
o E-Sourcing system administration
o Procurement Analytics Spend & Scenario Analytics
o Category Management Support
o Supplier Proposal Analysis
o Leadership Presentations
o Management Reports
o Project Management
Data Analysis:
o Plan the data analysis as per the analysis objective
o Create data requirement sheet
o Create automated and flexible data model for analysis
o Bring out verifiable insights from the data
o Create reusable templates for data analysis
Stakeholder Interaction and coordination:
o Interact with client point of contact, category manager & key stakeholders
o Understand the support/business requirement
o Plan and execute the steps as per support requirements
o Prepare report/presentation for discussion with key client stakeholders
Process Excellence:
o Prepare process chart
o Prepare Process Scorecard
o Analyse inefficiency
o Suggest process improvement opportunities
o Support in implementation of process improvement opportunities
o Support in standardization of the process through creation of SOPs, Templates and Training Slides
Support Supply Chain practices in various practice building activities, pre-sales, sales and capability enhancement initiatives

Preferred Expertise:
Sourcing/Procurement Experience (> = 1 Year)
Overall Supply Chain Experience 2 to 5 years
Substantial Data Analysis experience
Macro/Python knowledge to create automate data models for analysis
Have experience in one or combination of areas in sourcing, logistics, inventory optimization, network optimization, demand planning & forecasting, digital transformation etc.
Good to have experience with E-Sourcing systems
Good to have Data Science experience
Global Project Execution Experience
Good to have experience in Healthcare, Food Processing and E-Commerce
Candidate should be willing to work as per US time zone.
Preferred Educational Qualification:
B. Tech + MBA (preferred)
