Roles and Responsibilities:

Tech Mahindra is hiring customer support associate for Work-From-Home .

• Handle phone calls(Inbound) with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
• Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
• Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates.

Skills Required :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Typing skills of 25 WPM and 85% accuracy.
• Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession
• Open to work in rotational and night shifts
• Any candidate with more than six months of Domestic BPO experience would be considered (Fresher's can apply).
