Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring IT Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter for UK staffing.
If you are a fresher and wanted to grow your career in Recruitment then you may also apply for it.
- Should have experience into end-to-end IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment from Staffing/consulting.
- Well-versed with-IT Terminologies/skills and UK/Europe staffing.
- Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
- Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals (Linkedin, Monster, Jobsites etc.)
- Collecting requirement from respective Team Lead/Account Manager.
- Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.
- Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for stable resources who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Candidate with prior experience in UK/Europe/Domestic IT Staffing
- Good communication and negotiation, convincing skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
