Job Description

Hiring for Technical support in to International Voice Process

• Knowledge of Ticketing Tool, Prior experience in US calling and in a semi tech or technical process
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Desktops/Laptops computer hardware & software troubleshooting internet network connectivity, LAN, Bluetooth, hotspots, Wi-Fi vs Ethernet, Range limitations etc.
• Basic understanding and troubleshooting of network printers, routers, cable modems, troubleshooting for Handheld Devices like Tablets i.e. Windows/ Ipad
• Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
• 7Basic understanding of Point of Sale Machines, Kiosk, Vending Machines & Retail Environment8Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications i.e. O3651.
