Assisting with recruitment drives and onboarding of new members to the team by conducting orientation programs
Enabling a smooth transition for new members and boosting the morale of the entire team by regularly conducting team-building exercises and value-based activities
Bridge employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Developing employee benefit schemes including compensation, leave policy, and other benefits related to the physical and mental wellbeing of our team.
Establishing and revising from time-to-time management policy of the Company keeping the best interests of the employees in mind
Maintaining records of employees and undertaking to establishing a sound system for maintaining and processing employee and related data.

Ability to understand the values and mission of the Company and encourage a healthy and happy workspace
Efficiency to conduct recruitment drives and identify suitable candidates to meet the Companys requirements
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good in prioritizing tasks and co-ordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience
Minimum 1 - 2 Years of experience as an HR Generalist
Bachelor's degree
