The key aspects of the role:
- Effectively manage day-to-day operations of assigned partnerships, ensuring business objectives are achieved.
- Define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs with Partners.
- Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development teams in helping to deliver the overall partnership strategy.
- Engage partners field sales organization, channels, and products organizations to create and drive revenue opportunities for Cybage.
- Work with Cybage sales and practice to help identify opportunities where Cybage & partner can work jointly.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and strategies employed by the alliance management group to ensure effective coordination across the portfolio of alliances.
- Building and managing key relationships mostly in Partners Sales & Alliances Team.
To be the right fit you need:
- Masters degree in management, business, or related field
- 2-5 years in the Alliances domain (with a SI)
- Deep understanding of Alliances as a function
- Experience engaging with C-level executives in the partners organization
- Results driven, self-motivated individual with a strong organizational skills and commitment to sales excellence
- Experience working with cross-functional and highly matrixed teams across time zones and geographies
