Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Alliances Sales Manager with strong experience working within GCP, Salesforce, and Microsoft ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner-led pipeline generation, co-sell opportunities, and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with hyperscalers and strategic technology partners. This role requires a blend of relationship management, sales acumen, and ecosystem expertise to accelerate enterprise growth through alliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive influenced revenue and pipeline through strategic partnerships with hyperscalers such as Google Cloud (GCP), Salesforce, and Microsoft.
  • Build, own, and execute alliance-led sales motions including co-sell, joint account planning, and pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with global hyperscaler sales, solution, industry, and partner engineering teams to source, influence, and support closure of enterprise deals.
  • Lead joint GTM initiatives across digital technology, operations, and experience solution areas.
  • Maximize utilization of partner programs and funding opportunities to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Scale partnerships through competency planning, tier upgrades, customer tagging, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and monitor partner portals, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards related to alliance performance.
  • Increase influenced wallet share through joint pitches, co-selling, account-based marketing, and partner-driven campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align alliance strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders and internal leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 68 years of experience in Alliances / Partner Sales / Channel Sales, preferably in IT services or digital transformation environments.
  • Proven success in building and executing partner-driven revenue strategies with hyperscalers.
  • Experience working across focus verticals such as BFSI, Logistics, Manufacturing, or similar enterprise domains.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and ecosystem-based deal structuring.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, partner portals, and alliance reporting mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.
  • Highly sales-driven and relationship-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred Attributes

  • Exposure to multi-geo partner engagement and global GTM programs.
  • Experience in competency building and partner certification planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive long-term strategic partnerships.
