Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. RCM Healthcare expertise with experience of handling large teams
2. Responsible to establish RCM operations and accountable for end to end RCM across US based sites catering to Physician, Provider and PFS for multiple hospitals/practices
3. Formulating and devicing strategies for better AR Management and Collections
4. Evaluating and appraising the performance of teams according to the set process workflow management & adherence to quality & compliance requirements.
5. Effectively interact with Client services teams to maintain production and help introduce new processes to improve production.
6. Defining KRAs linked to business growth for the reporting Managers & Team Leads
7. Responsible for customer communication and manage their expectations
8. Regular meetings with operations head on operational improvement and process enhancement
9. Making performance dashboards to be shared with Leadership team and the Client
10. Effectively manage P&L by ensuring no revenue leakages
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management for alteast 12 years.
2. Good Team Management Skills
3. Good Client Management Skills
4. Good Interpersonal skills
Should have good knowledge in P&L and Revenue calculation
