Job Description
Looking for people with basic troubleshooting understanding on MAC environment apart from their daily SD role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Mac OS Issues.
- Troubleshooting issues with iOS devices (iPad/iPhone).
- Provisioning of Mac OS and iOS devices.
- OS Upgrade and/or Reinstallation.
- Application troubleshooting in Mac OS devices.
- Network configuration and Troubleshooting in Mac OS devices.
- Basic understanding of APFS and HFS+.
- Understanding of Volume and Partition in Macintosh HD.
- Install/uninstall application through Self Service
- Basic Understanding of JAMF Pro.
- Knowledge on Terminal commands will be an added advantage.
- PRAM/NVRAM reset and functionality.
- Mac Hardware troubleshooting (Battery cycle, power management etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Only graduates and above can apply
- Experience required: 3-7yrs
- Must be ok with Rotational shifts and week offs
- Willing to Work from Office
