Minimum 4-8years of relevant experience; sat sun off
Responsibilities and Duties

• Supplier/Sales/Expenses bill booking
• Preparation of suppliers and Vendor Cheques
• Cash Vouchers entries.
• Handling of Petty cash.
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Domestic & Export Invoicing
• Ledger Scrutiny, preparation of Trial Balance, P & L, Balance Sheet upto Finalization of Accounts
• Bank Payment Entries and reconciliation
• Monthly TDS working and filing of returns
• Monthly GSTR1 & 3B Working and filing of returns
• Preparing age analysis & outstanding statement of Debtors.
• Reconciliation of TDS and GST returns
• Preparation of MIS reports

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally and Tax software
• Good analytical, communication & multi-tasking Skills
• Practical relevant experience in accounting, MIS preparation & maintenance
