Any graduate with 1 year experience in software testing. Job involves responsibilities viz.
Requirement Study and Test Strategy Development, Co-ordinate with Client and Management, Automation of Testing Process etc.
Certification of Software Testing and experience in working with any Testing Tool will be an added advantage.
