Team Lead- Accounting Process

Candidates with 8-10 yrs experience in similar background can apply

Skills:

  • Having a minimum three years of Article ship / Experience in a Chartered Accountant firm.
  • Good in Basics of Accounting
  • Experiencein General Ledger is highly preferable.
  • Good Communication & Analytical skills





Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should have worked extensively in Cash Application, Prepayment Application, AP/AR Aging Analysis, Tenant Ledger Analysis, AR Subledger Reconciliation, Rent up Process.
  • Should demonstrate a high degree of flexibility & commitment in handling various challenging assignments and meeting the quality/delivery requirements of the customers.
  • Should be more dynamic and versatile in quickly understanding different Client Systems (Oracle, Peoplesoft, Yardi, MRI, QB) and learning other accounting activities.
  • Should lead a Professional team of 15 members and take full responsibility for Project Quality, Delivery SLAs, Resource Competency and Process Adherence.
  • Should demonstrate Exceptional Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Managerial Competencies, Risk taking & Decision Making Abilities.
