Roles and Responsibilities

Handling end to end recruitment cycle.

• Screening resumes and taking face to face interview of candidates.
• Following up with candidates so that on-boarding process to be done on time
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
• Posting the job on different Portals like Naukri, Shine
• Hands-on experience in Recruitment and making an effective sourcing in Job portals and Social Sites.
