Designation - Branch Manager
Location - Delhi / NCR
Ctc - Upto 8 Lacs
Experience - Minimum 5 yrs experience in Securities Company
Candidates with strong communication skills, product knowledge

Key Accountabilities
1. Regular Training & Education to RM for updating their Knowledge & Customer Acquisition Skill by Daily Team Huddles and Presentations
2. Tracking the Quality of Business Acquisition by Relationship Managers
3. Increasing the AUM of the Relationship Managers Book through acquisition and portfolio reviews
4. Tracking Profit and Loss of Branch on Monthly Basis
5. MIS maintenance of Sales , Quality of Business and Fresh Acquisition and Other parameters
