Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to deliver Bulk and lateral hiring
Manage End to End Talent Acquisition cycle (Hiring to Onboarding)
Liaise with Stake holder and ensure that hiring positions are filled within TAT
Maintain MIS related to recruitment
Well versed with hands on experience into headhunting & executive search

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA with specializations in HR (Part Time / Full Time)
Exp 4 8 years , Age Up to 32 years, 6 Days working
Atleast 4 years experience into end to end Talent acquisition
Preferred from Navi Mumbai / Central Mumbai A
