Position Title: BDE /Sr. BDE/ BDM/ Sr. BDM -Bancassurance

 Role: Achieving sales target for the Region Relationship with BMs and CIFs

Experience: Minimum 1 year into Banca Sales 

Qualifications: Graduate

Vacancy: All Over India 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Achieving sales targets
• Increase in number of CIFs / active branches
• Training CIFs, encouraging SBI staff to become CIF
• Arranging training programs for CIFs on products and selling skills
• Increasing productivity of CIFs

• Good relationship with BMs / CIFs
