Responsibilities:

End to End Recruitment
Team handling experience more than 2+years
Client handling experience
Partner & collaborate with Hiring Managers for Recruitment Planning and Delivery.
Extensive experience with high-volume , niche skills & Leadership hiring
Build relations with internal clients through open and clear communication.
Focus on Low Cost & Diversity Hiring.
Drive Employee Referral Programs.
Immediate joiner.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).

Career Break 1-2 Year are Accepted.

The location of the candidate can be anywhere in India.
This is a Work from the Home assignment.
A person should have good quality Laptop and a high-speed internet connection.
> Job type: Work from home (Full Time / Remote working) (No Dual Employment allowed)
> Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
>Working days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
>Salary: 1.5-3LPA. (+Mobile Bill, +Incentives)
The exact salary will be offered once the Interview is done.
