Job Description
DH - Civil - JB 7
Location: Gujarat, India
Organization: Pulp and Fibre
Education : B.E. Civil
Prepare the design plan for schemes
Plan the resources required for schemes, including material and manpower
Monitor the execution of schemes
Certify the quality of the work done
Audit the schemes work for required quality and then pass payment bills for contractors
Infrastructure Maintenance
Ensure regular maintenance of infrastructure
Ensure infrastructure damages are repaired in time Safety
Ensure that construction process and end result are as per safety standards
Ensure that proper safety measures (like wearing PPEs) are followed by personnel at construction site to ensure zero LTI
Prepare SOPs for construction and maintenance work and ensure their implementation
Ensure HIRA and JSA are conducted on site
Initiate and approve work permits Cost
Prepare annual budget (Revenue & CAPEX) for infrastructure development and maintenance
Monitor monthly expenses with respect to the budgeted amount and take actions to reduce variants to optimize cost
Inventory Management
Prepare the material procurement plan and ensure its execution
Execute reconciliation of material
Manage material inventory
Prepare Purchase Requisitions, provide technical recommendations to the Purchase Department and follow up for Purchase Order
Legal Compliances
Comply with the statutory requirements related to civil works as per Factory Act
Qualifications:
Master of Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:
15-20 Years
