Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for Sales Professionals for the position of
RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - CUSTOMER ENAGEMENT at Baroda, Surat and Vapi Locations.
Grade: M2 - Deputy Manager (On the payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank)
CTC Offered- Upto 4.50 LPA + (Performance based Incentives )
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management of VRM mapped customers CAT-C Customers; Interact with Mapped customers for Deepening, X-sell, Service Activations etc.
- Meetings on the Leads Generated through VRMs at CEC (Customer Experience Centre), Campaigns etc. to ensure conversion/s.
- Self-Calling and Meeting of D category and VRM mapped customers.
- Increase Customer stickiness and Category upgrade.
- Acquisition, X-sell of Business & Service activations to Existing Customers.
- Explain all the Facilities of the Bank in Form of Demonstration both online / offline.
- Enroll the Customer for the services which would be useful for him
- Handle Customer Service Requirements like Account Opening, Trinity Account Opening, Liability Product selling, Cheque book Insurance etc.
- Achieve Sales Targets for Banks and Investment Products.
- Deepening & Cross-sale of Bank products - Liabilities, Assets & TPP
- Customer Acquisition from Family Household & Referrals.
- Have higher NPs scores
Key activities:
- Equal blend of service and sales orientation. In absence of equality, prefer sales orientation as a skew
- Thorough understanding of banking
- Customer Retention
- Cost Efficiency Through Process
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate or PostGraduate (in any field)
Skills Required:
- Selling & Relationship Management + Persuading Skills.
- Presentable and demonstrating basic etiquettes
- Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English
- Minimum 1 yr of FIELD SALES Experience in Banking/ Insurance/ BFSI
- Maximum Age Limit - 32 yrs
