Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads for our range of services (International
Freight Forwarding - Air & Sea, Customs Brokerage etc)
Develop and propose client specific solutions after initial scoping to fulfil Client requirements. The ability
to develop client presentations and excel pricing models is a must-have
Work with internal stakeholders including Account Management Team, Operations team and Technology
teams to offer the best solutions to the clients
Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, solutions, negotiation, contracting, invoicing,
payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
Ensure daily reporting as per the tools made available from time to time and timely and accurate
updating of account data in existing sales CRM systems
Retain and grow business from existing merchants through Renewals, Up-sell, Cross-sell, etc
Understanding of unit economics, P&L for pricing will be required. Experience in Account Management in
Logistics/Operations background will be an added advantage.
