We have an Urgent opening in the "Tender Executive" for the "Delhi" location.
Job description:
- Researching Potential Vendors.
- Well-versed with IT Hardware & Software
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Enter order details (e.g. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Proven work experience as a purchasing officer, Purchasing agent or similar role with
- minimum 3 years experience.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with
- vendors.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Experience on SAP
