Job Description

Collection of Data by all relevant stakeholders on monthly basis and generate period and ad hoc reports when needed
Prepare MIS reports and analytics related to Talent Acquisition activities
Support in Talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, coordination activities, scheduling activities, etc.
Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
Understanding the policies and processes and supporting stakeholders where necessary
Other duties as required
