International Voice - CSR Voice

Education qualification : Under graduates, Graduates

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Category : BPO

Experience : Freshers / 0 to 5 years



Salary :

Freshers: 18500 take home+ 2200 incentives

2 years experience: 25600 take home+ 3300 incentives

2+ years experience: 29000 take home + 3500 incentives 


Location : Electronic City, Bangalore

WFO

Transportation : Provided by the company

Shifts : Rotational

Working days : 5

Rotational weekly offs

Age limit : 35 years

Skills required :

- Basic computer knowledge

- Excellent communication



Rounds of interview : ( telephonic)

- HR (telephonic)

- ELA test at office premises

- Operations

1 dose of vaccination is mandatory

PAN and Aadhaar card required for registration



Role and Responsibility :

- Customer focus

- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation

- Take responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept

- Good problem solving skills

- Investigates and takes action to meet customer's needs

- Solves routine problems effectively by gathering the information necessary from the customer

- Responds to inbound customer inquiries

- Should use a wide variety of cloud based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions

- The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

- candidates who will be responsible for monitoring pricing parameters and involve audit operation where he/she are desired to identify products through continuous audit.

- The successful candidate should have the ability to work at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals, actively seek to understand Amazon's core values and translate those into everyday practices.

- Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasked dynamic team environment.
