Recruit & Develop Unit managers / Associate's through coaching, training, team management support etc
Ensure good quality business to achieve the required persistency standards.
Responsible for Revenue targets of the Branch
Ensure retention of Unit Managers / Asociates by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Key Skills : Life Insurance, Sales, Channel Development, Business Development, Marketing, Channel sales
Min. to Max Experience: 4 15yrs
Salary Range : 4 -6.75Lakhs
Location : Chennai,Madurai, Pudukkottai, Erode, Tirunelveli, Tiruvarur, Pondicherry, Tirunelveli, Hosur, Nagercoil
