KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Order cycle management right from receiving the PO to GRN
a. Stock tracking
b. Aging tracking
c. Price and TOT check
d. Fill Rate value fill and line fill
Mapping Organizational Structure for MM module.
- Define and Configuration of MM organization elements (plants, storage
location and purchasing organizations) assignment to overall structure.
- Material Master: Creating a material master record, changing and
deletion. Configuring Material types, Material groups and number ranges.
- Vendor Master: Vendor creation and configuring account group,
payment terms and partner determination.
- Procurement Process : Configuration of document types and number
ranges for PR, RFQ, PO and scheduling Agreements.
- Purchase Orders: Standard purchase order, free of charge, Returns,
Consumables.
MIS
a. Chain level MIS on POs received every day
b. Fill Rate report
c. Pending order report
d. Stock requirements/Shortages
Skills required:
1. Excel proficiency
2. Email communication etiquette and proficiency
3. Understanding of SAP/MT working is added advantage
