Job Description

• Implements the onboarding processes along with relevant reporting requirements to stakeholders.
• Keep track of all the essential employee information regarding onboarding
• Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data.
• Verification of Docs as per check list given by TA team
• Having Experience on payroll As Well
• Employee Code Generation / Scanning of Employee personal File
• Official E-Mail id Creation
• Processes employees data according to data privacy legal framework.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR domain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle onboarding process
