Business Development Manager - Project Sales (Non-Trade & Institutional Sales)


Locations : Mumbai (Western Line, Central Line, Navi Mumbai), Delhi, Pune, Banglore, Chennai, Odisha, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati


Job Responsibilities :

  • Generate high quality sales lead for Alstone Product Portfolio (ACP & HPL) from Govt & Private Sector (Offices Complexes, IT/ITES, Education and Hospitals) & Corporate Clients from Automobile, Electronic, Hotel Industry etc.
  • Develop strong relation with Senior Architect, Civil Consultants, Contractors, Aluminium Fabricator, Facade Consultant, Interior Designer by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals.
  • Make detailed brand presentation.
  • Develop a plan to have periodic meeting with Architect keeping in view to build their loyalty towards the brand.
  • Understanding the market trends and new development of the competitors, market watch for giving feedback to product designers.

Qualification : Any Graduation


Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Relevant Industry. The candidate needs to have Good Communication Skills, in English and Local Language.


Industry Preference : The Candidate from Building Material & Decorative like Glass, Cement, Paint, Plywood, Tiles, Window, Doors, ACP & Fins, Shera Plank, Railing, Glazing, Aluminium & Composite Panel etc would find it right fit for this role.


Compensation : Salary offered shall depend on last drawn salary, education, experience, competency and evaluation during the interview.
