IT Support Analyst

Job Description:

• Proven work experience in IT support, executing a variety of requests
• Hands on experience with IT Support and remote desktop software
• Solid technical background, including network and firewall experience
• laptop setup, Troubleshoot and disposal
• Control mindset regarding security, process adherence and documentation
• Ability to communicate/resolve issues to a non-technical audience
• Experience in office365/o365 admin, Exchange experience will be added advantage
• Use department ticketing system to manage issues, document steps taken, and notify user when the issue is resolved.
• ability to execute against a plan and set & hit task due dates
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Coordinate with Team member
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field

Timings: 3:30 PM - 12: 30 AM
