Senior Electronics Engineer @ International

Job Description

• Completed engineering studies at University level; BE/BTech/ME/M-Tech in Electronics or ElectricalEngineering, with 3 to 6 years of experience
• Experience in 16/32-bit microcontroller-based design and interfacing in control systems
• Good hands-on experience in Embedded Software Programming using C/C++
• Experience in developing Board Support Packages (BSP), device drivers, hardware debug software etc.
• Experience in Analog, Mixed Signal Design and digital electronics/FPGA/DSP etc.
• Hands-on experience in board bring-up and testing
• Ability to understand and debug problems across hardware/software boundaries
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods/tools (schematics/simulation) used in electrical design will be an advantage
• Knowledge of communication interfaces like RS232, RS485, CAN, Ethernet and USB
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards and testing for conformance
• Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Global Medical Quality and Regulatory Standards e.g. IEC, FDA, UL, CE, CSA etc.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Agile, Clear-quest, Windchill or equivalent
• Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently
• Result oriented team player
• Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team
• Excellent communication skills andPositive can do attitude
• Quality mindset in design and documentation
• Global and Cross-functional Experience/Skills in a Matrix Organizationwill be an added advantage
• New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle Management
• Product Obsolescence Management/Sustenance and Value Engineering
