We are hiring for Sales executive & Sr. Sales Executive.

ROLE : D0 (SALES EXECUTIVE) / E0 (SR SALES EXECUTIVE)

GRADE : D0 / E0

Experience: Min 1 Year

JOB Description:

• Incumbent is mainly responsibility of sourcing & identifying RA products like SCV segment NEW & REFINANCE business for the bank in Semi urban and rural geography
• Tie up with potential dealers and broker for achieving business volume consistently.
• Ensure high degree of customers.
• Manager sales / brand promotional activity through KMBL and CBRL branches network
• Monitoring of pre disbursement and post disbursement documents handling current portfolio
• Regular visit dealer point and source the deal , visit customer place understand requirement & close the deal as per KMBL process.

JOB Requirement:

• Qualification Minimum Graduation or any Professional Degree
• Min experience 1 or 2 years + years in NBFC/BANKS in related field of TFE/CAR/TWO WHEELER/CV & LCV FINANCE
• Superior relationship management and interpersonal skill
• Sales ability of a very high order
• Excellent written and oral skill
• Knowledge and understating about compliance policies and procedures
• Adherence of all regulatory , statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirement in full
• Personality traits: willing to travel/ team worker/ flexible to handle adverse situations
