Project Manager - Mumbai - Datamatics Uk

1. Manage the project planning. Oversee the day on day operations of the unit.

2. Manage the production of comprehensive project plans and documentation to enable the project to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.

3. Manage the process of monitoring, measuring, reviewing and updating project process, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans and informing all relevant parties.

4. To conduct an evaluation of the project and any follow-on action recommendations as required.

5. Ensure production as per SLA along with Internal quality standards

6. Proper distribution of workflow based on the project projections

7. Manage escalations and client interactions

8. MIS Benchmarking analysis

People Management

1. To provide leadership to those involved in the project by defining work and ensuring deadlines are understood and adhered to and that project objectives are clearly articulated and understood.

2. To motivate and develop group employees through leadership and example, identifying and agreeing learning and development needs as required.

3. Manpower planning, mapping of resources Attrition analysis

Budget Management (PL)

1. To manage the successful delivery of the project on time and of the right quality.

2. Manage the PL of the all the project, invest in cost reduction and automation exercises

Customer Management and Account Growth

1. Process improvement and optimization to improve efficiency and productivity

2. Spot opportunities and highlight the same to ensure business continuity and growth.

3. Build lasting relations with the relevant stakeholders / clients to identify and build on potential business growth

Qualifications
Education: Commerce/Finance graduate

Desired Skills : 8-10 years of relevant experience
