Responsibilities:
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections.
- Monitor the program on 100+ accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.

Who can apply:
- B Pharm or BE Chemical with degree in Marketing will be preferred.
- Candidates from reputed trading houses will be preferred.
- 10+ years B2B sales experience in selling pharma Intermediates/Excipients/Speciality chemicals /key raw materials to pharmaceutical Industries.
- Track record of superior performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Able to travel up to two weeks per month
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP System
