We are looking for Knowledge Base Specialist role with Sapiens Technologies, below are details on same, Kindly help me with your updated CV to so**************y@sa****s.com.

Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years

Relevant Experience: At least 3+ Years working on Microsoft 365 tools (PowerApps, Power automate)

Good to Have: SharePoint development and Video editing

NP: Immediate to 15 Days ONLY

Content developer

Gather, learn and create new training materials from scratch

Training, able to present and deliver materials in front of large audiences

Working with Data of any kind, able to dig out useful insights from a raw unorganized data

SQL

Spreadsheets (excel, csv)

SharePoint lists

Skills

Can do approach

Great learner, able to find and adopt new technologies that can fit into the business needs

Open mind, creative, can find the way to a technical solution and using various work arounds

Service Oriented, able to intercept and solve technical issues/request fast

Able to gather and drive meetings with key people in the organization to achieve structured agenda for training programs

Tools

Microsoft 365 tools

PowerApps - must

Power automate - must

SharePoint development (advantage)

Video editing (advantage)
