2. Interview scheduling & co-ordination with Hiring Manager till closure

3. Offer Negotiation & Documentation, end to end co-ordination with candidate

4. Offer Approval, Offer letter roll out & onboarding candidate.
5. Escalation and meetings Management
6. Report Preparation- Preparing & maintaining Trackers
7. Vendor Management.
