Engineering Manager - Chennai - ADP Solutions

Your role:

•   In ADP, were building the next generation of technologies. Our mission is simple: Create powerful solutions that are efficient, intuitive, beautiful, and responsive.
• As a Developer Advocate, youll provide technical and product support for ADPs next generation HCM platform.
• As a team, youll play a pivotal role inapplication developers understand the platform better, bridging business problems with technical solutions, so they can build world-class products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help define the technical roadmap to solve the business and product problems by building solutions as scalable and extensible platform approach.
• Own the entire service delivery end to end.
• Work very closely with various project stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies
• Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes
• Hire, Develop and Retain a strong team of engineers

Experience :

• 10 -14 years of relevant experience in building highly resilient and highly scalable systems.
• 2 years of leadership/management experience with a team of 5 members.
• A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Microservices, Data Structures, Algorithms Problem Solving.
• Currently hands on writing and reviewing design code.
• Understand the product and project management space with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
• Experience in building microservices and extensible platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure stack.
