Job Description:

Looking for specialists who help businesses by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees.

They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.

Position: Assistant Manager Training

Desire Criteria :

1. Must be a Graduation.
2. Min 3 to 5 Years experience in Lead Training Assist Manager Role
3. Must have experience in handling a Team of Trainers / AM training / Manager Training.
4. Should have in an out knowledge about BPO Training function
5. Over all experience should be 5 Years and 10 Years in BPO industry

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Managing the training Team
2. Will be responsible for overall training delivery for a specific process/LOB
3. Planning in transition
4. Client and internal stake holder management
5. Participate in Daily Review WBR & MBR
