Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic support to LOS for respective locations, employee engagement, stakeholder management.
2. Responsible for maintaining overall HR hygiene,
3. Responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities.
4. Weekly and monthly reports, a much-needed support to senior HR management,
5. Administer various HR initiatives for internal and external personnel.
