Description:

The new Subsurface and Wells (SSW) IT organization brings together teams that were previously separated in Upstream and PT IT. The organization will be interfacing with leadership in Upstream Exploration, PT Development, PT Wells, and IGB-New Business Development.

This will include partnering with the business leadership and technology organizations to meet the critical reserves replacement and hydrocarbon maturation related goals for RDS. The SSW space represents one of the four key RDS Digitalization opportunities. With the large investment to develop and implement the new digital technologies, this organization will be working across the Business, PT, and IT organizations to design and implement robust IT solutions.

• You will design and develop complex BPM/CRM application collaborates with Mainframe, web and client server based legacy systems.

• Help overcome technical challenges, provide POC(Proof of Concept) to client as required, lead the team from technical front.

• You will use business and technical knowledge to conduct the highest-level analyses regarding program/application/system and making strategic recommendations to management and client

Responsibilities:

• Experience as Pega consultant who focuses on application design, rule development or process architecting.

• Your overall responsibilities include Use Case Analysis, solutioning, design and implementation of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).

• Business Applications and Rules within the BPM (Business Process Optimization)/CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Suite and integration between the BPM/CRM suite and supporting applications.

• Extensive experience using Pega PRPC and Pega framework, developer proficient with the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment.

• Conduct client demos

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience

• Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions

• Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry

• Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.X tools and leads development activities

• Knowledge of PEGA PRPC V8.X architecture

• Ability to Translate business requirements into design/application builds

• Contributes to best practice definitions

• Critically reviews work of other team members

• Analyzes, Identifies and logs enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V8.X

• Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule

• Expands knowledge of capital markets banking industry and processes/tools

• Leads and participates in project teams

• Uses and promotes the use of best practice project management and testing tools by working in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment

This role requires working across different languages, nationalities, ethnic and company cultures in a multi-sourcing environment, generally virtually, with limited travel opportunities.

Role will require the successful candidate to develop their subsurface domain knowledge and become a software engineer with a specific focus on subsurface.

Key Competences required

• Should have demonstrable understanding of the BPMS (Business Process Management System) methodology and the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities, their features and limitations.

• Pega systems PRPC (PEGA Rules Process Commander) Version 8.X

• Mandatory Certifications: CSA (Pega Certified System Architect), CSSA (Pega Certified Senior System Architect)
