We have requirement for Voice process(Work at office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
2. Determining the cause of the problem
3. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
4. Expediting correction or adjustment
5. Following up to ensure resolution
   Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
6. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Desired candidate profile:

• Any graduates(Freshers preferred)
• Should have interest to work as CSA
• Should possess excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
