Global Touchpoints Inc., is an expertise-based organization with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and services in Information Technology. The company has offices in Roseville, CA, and San Ramon, CA, and off-shore teams based in Bangalore and Rourkela. We have been in the business for over 17+ years now.
Currently, we are expanding our India team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.
Freshers with Btech/MCA/BCA/BSc/MBA/BBA backgrounds are also welcome to apply for the positions as we are committed to training them to be ace IT recruiters.
The training period is expected to be 3 months, approximately, and will be on a chargeable basis as per industry standards. Upon successful completion of training, you will be deployed as a US IT Recruiter for our process. You will receive a gross annual salary as per company norms during active deployment and will be eligible for company benefits.
After the initial training period, the training cost for the 3 months will be reimbursed to you by adjusting from your monthly salary for a minimum period of 12 months of active deployment.
Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build exemplary IT consultants for the company.
Proficient in English communication skills.
Willing to work in Night Shifts( US Time Zone).
Candidates MUST have a laptop_Fiber connection to perform from HOME.
