Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Follow corporate procedures of quality control to minimize exceptions in the processing of Accounts Payable. Ensure that the integrity of the data captured in the Accounts Payable system is maintained and properly reflected in the accounting records.
Ensure that the Accounts Payable processes are controlled and maintained in accordance with corporate policies, internal control specifications, and external reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal 1099 reporting regulations to include the compilation of reportable activity from multiple databases and provide any necessary coordination with vendor support firms.
Review, reconcile, and resolve issues associated with general ledger codes impacted by postings from the Accounts Payable system.

Shift- 5.30pm to 2.30am (US shift)

Notice period- Immediate joiners

Location- Ghansoli
