Roles and Responsibilities
1. LCO identification, negotiation and onboarding
2. Ensure availability, training & onboarding of LCO manpower
3. Ensure implementation of organization policies, guidelines to onboard and manage business 4. Drive the customer acquisition target through LCOs as per target assigned
5. Monitor performance of LCO manpower and conduct periodic reviews for performance improvement
6. LCO/Channel management for active participation
7. Coordination with cross functional teams
